Unlike many other recruiters, we conduct preliminary interviews and background checks on potential candidates. Only after we are convinced the potential candidate is a good fit for your needs do we recommend a formal interview. We work with the client and also counsel the candidate throughout the selection process. We can also serve as mentor for the candidate for a period of time after the hiring process
Our payment options are flexible and based on the customer’s needs. We offer a fixed fee schedule as well as a schedule based on a percentage of base salary. Our performance-based fee structure ensures a true partnership. We fix our fee so there are no surprises during the process. Our retainer includes a modest up-front amount and we do not rest until you are satisfied.
Performance Based Guarantee - If the candidate is not successful within the first six months, we will do the follow up search on a no-fee basis, for expenses only.
